Their observations became the first two sections of the guide. The team divided the work, but its first plan was too ambitious. They wanted to interview every group in the centre and include a long history of the building. After two weeks, only one interview was complete. Vera suggested a smaller first edition with practical information. The others agreed, and they finished it before the winter holidays. Since then, the team has collected comments from visitors. Several readers have asked for clearer directions, so the volunteers have added simple arrows to the map. They have also replaced abbreviations with full names. The history section is still an idea for a later edition; nobody describes the current guide as complete forever. Vera has gained confidence, but she does not think confidence means knowing every answer. Last week, she asked another volunteer to check a difficult paragraph. For her, taking responsibility now means noticing a problem, asking for help when necessary and keeping a promise. The project has not made her a perfect organiser. It has shown her a practical way to improve.
