Interviewer: Thank you for agreeing to speak with us again. Could you tell us what you would like us to prepare before the visit?

Manager: Please send your main questions first. I can then check which examples I can discuss without mentioning customers' private information. I would also like to know whether you plan to record audio.

Interviewer: We would prefer to record the conversation, but we can take notes if that is more comfortable. We will not record customers or documents.

Manager: Audio is fine in the meeting area. Please remind everyone not to film in the working area. Some tasks need our full attention.

Interviewer: Understood. We would like to ask how a new team member learns the routine. Could you explain which parts can be discussed during the interview?

Manager: I can describe the general process and give an invented example. I cannot show anyone's personal training record. We should also avoid suggesting that a short visit qualifies somebody to do the work.

Interviewer: That is clear. After the interview, we will send the quotations we intend to use and check that the meaning has not changed.

Manager: Thank you. Please include the questions around each quotation. A short sentence can sound different when it is separated from the situation.

Interviewer: We will do that. Could you also tell us who can answer questions about routes into different roles?

Manager: I can suggest a starting point, but you should compare current requirements from the relevant organisations instead of relying only on my experience.
