Фестиваль наших открытий: история
At the end of the year, our class organised a learning festival. We wanted visitors to see how our work changed, not only to look at perfect final pages. Each group prepared a small activity and a short explanation. At the map station, visitors compared an early draft with a checked version. At the language station, they chose a picture and wrote a careful caption. The game station offered a word puzzle and a quieter matching activity.
Before opening, our host checked the plan with simple questions. 'The map group starts at ten, doesn't it?' she asked. Then she asked one visitor, 'Would you prefer the puzzle or the matching activity?' The visitor chose matching and later tried the puzzle too. No one had to visit every station.
Our final display included a reflection from each pupil. I wrote that I could now explain instructions more clearly and ask better questions. I still needed practice with irregular verb forms. My next goal was to tell a short story without reading every sentence. The festival did not mark the end of learning. It helped us notice real progress, thank our partners and choose a useful next step.
