When our project group met on Thursday, nobody seemed pleased. I arrived at the art room at four and found only Dima. The other students were waiting in the library. By the time we joined them, they had already divided the tasks and thought that we had forgotten the meeting. I felt annoyed because I had checked the noticeboard that morning. It clearly named the art room. Dima showed me a photograph of the same notice. We were certain that we had followed the instructions correctly. The others were equally certain that they had sent us the new plan. Instead of arguing about who was careless, we made a timeline. On Wednesday afternoon, the school had needed the art room for another activity. Our leader had changed the location in the group chat. However, she had not replaced the paper notice, and my phone had stopped receiving notifications. Dima had left the chat for a day while his device was being repaired. The leader apologised for using only one channel to announce the change. We also agreed to check the plan directly before an important meeting. Nobody had deliberately ignored the group. Once the missing details were visible, the problem looked much smaller. We finished our discussion and chose one clearly labelled place for future updates.
